Michael passed the Colorado bar in 2021, and immediately engaged with clients. He is passionate and talented in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation, an area he earned several distinctions in during law school.

 

Michael received his Juris Doctor with an academic emphasis in child and family law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in Chicago, IL. He received a Cali excellence award for his legal writing and oral argument skills for appellate motions. He was also a member of the Children’s Legal Rights Journal, where he was published for his opposing viewpoints article. Michael spent a half year as a clinician with the Civitas ChildLaw Clinic, working with prominent Chicago child law attorneys, judges, and advocates to draft legislation clarifying ambiguities in the juvenile criminal statutes. His undergraduate degree is from California State University, San Bernardino. At CSUSB, he earned a B.A. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management.

 

Michael is originally from the “City of Angels” – Los Angeles, CA. While a city boy at heart, he moved to Denver for a mix of city and nature.  In his free time, he enjoys traveling, nature hikes, gaming, and is a foodie for all Denver has to offer.
