ABOUT SULLENBERGER
ROSKAMP PLLC
Sullenberger Roskamp is a Civil Litigation and Business Law firm Serving Clients In and around the Denver Metro Area, Mountain Towns, and Surrounding Areas.
Founding partners Neil Sullenberger and Jennifer Roskamp worked together for several years before breaking away to form their own firm, Sullenberger Roskamp PLLC, in 2022.
The two wanted to operate an aggressive litigation firm without compromising on ethics. Unlike other firms, we only take on clients we believe in, with potential case outcomes that make hiring a lawyer worth it for clients. We founded our practice on providing upfront, honest case evaluations, including the costs to pursue a case to a victory and the best and worst possible outcomes, so you are fully informed in advance.
We are a firm of skilled advocates with exceptional expertise in civil litigation, business law, construction law, general money disputes, trial practice, arbitration, and mediation, among others.
WHAT WE DO:
We are advisors. We represent clients both inside and out of the courtroom.
We represent clients in both transactional matters and litigation. As a client, we will listen to your needs, review your issues, explain your options, and then develop a strategy to resolve them.
CIVIL LITIGATION:
Whether you need to file a lawsuit or defend against one, we can help. Unlike other law firms, we represent EITHER side of a litigation dispute. In a civil case, the party bringing the lawsuit is called the PLAINTIFF. The DEFENDANT is the party being sued.

We work with clients at any stage of litigation, including pre- and post-Litigation. In a typical dispute, the first step our firm takes is to send a demand letter to the appropriate parties, requiring compliance within a specified time to avoid litigation. If the demand is not met, we will file a complaint with the court to initiate litigation. In some instances, mediation may occur between the parties before a complaint is filed in court. Mediation is an opportunity for the parties to meet with a neutral third party, with or without attorneys, to discuss their dispute and negotiate a resolution. If pre-litigation mediation is unsuccessful, then litigation ensues.

INSIDE the courtroom, we represent our clients from the filing of the complaint and always seek to see it through to resolution either at trial or settlement. Our attorneys practice solely in civil litigation, making them well-versed in the rules of evidence and civil procedure. Litigation is an incredibly complex process that includes complicated rules, requirements, and legal jargon. At Sullenberger Roskamp, we will break down this process to help our clients understand what is happening or will happen at every stage. Having one of our experienced civil litigators on your side will give you the best chance at success.

TRANSACTIONAL:
OUTSIDE of the courtroom, we represent clients in business and personal matters. We provide guidance on forming, operating, or dissolving their business; drafting or advising on contracts, partnership agreements, operating agreements, promissory notes, and other business documents; and assisting clients out of court with money disputes, contract disputes, construction-related projects and agreements, and much more.

CONSTRUCTION LAW:
Our attorneys are particularly experienced and knowledgeable in CONSTRUCTION LAW cases. We represent property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, materialmen, vendors, and tradesmen in both transactional and litigation matters.
These matters involve general construction work, property remodels or improvements, design issues, and engineering work performed for the benefit of commercial or residential real property. We provide unique guidance in this field of law on matters involving construction agreements, quality of construction work, mechanic's liens, lien waivers, bonds, payment disputes, construction defect disputes under CDARA, the Colorado Mechanic's Lien Trust Fund Statute, and many other issues that arise during the construction, renovation, repair, or improvement of residential or commercial real property in Colorado.
TRIAL READY ATTORNEYS
Our firm is made up of top attorneys in Denver, Colorado, in their respective fields.

What makes us unique from other attorneys is our approach to practicing law. Our attorneys follow a contemporary approach to the law, combining their legal and negotiation skills with practical, real-life experience. This combination of legal skills and practicality creates a platform well-suited to assist our clients in any issue that may arise. This foundation is what makes our law firm stand apart from others in and around the Denver area.
WHAT WE WILL DO FOR YOU
Not every attorney is well-suited to represent all clients in different areas of the law. Our goal for those who call our office is to give candid guidance and ensure that they receive the best possible legal representation.
We will only take on clients if we believe we are the right firm for the case and believe we can help. If we are not the right fit, we will be the first to refer you to another firm better suited to your case.
